I am betting they will never support

Sagetv I bet will never support Blu ray from server or client for they want to use this to force you to buy their HD units...

Nope. If you are running a full client, then most just run an external player to play their blu-ray's. You need to read up on what is required for software to do blu-ray playback and then you will realize why Sage does not have native support for it (i.e. secure path / DRM).

The ignorance in posts like this amazes me. There are threads and threads about how to do blu-ray playback using external players on full clients (and those external players can even been launched from the gui) and Sage is not stopping those external calls at all. Thanks for starting a thread where you showed your ignorance, and then posting a worthless post like this (showing how completely mis-informed you are).
