SageTV Finds No Cable Channels Using AVerTVHD tuner
I just purchased the AVerTVHD Volar Max USB tuner and I am having difficulty with SageTV not finding any channels when connected to my cable network. The free software that came with the AVerTVHD Volar Max finds cable channels successfully when it scans.
Alternatively when I use an antenna with the AVerTVHD Volar Max, SageTV finds the over-air channels just fine. I have never had any problems with my TV or DVR scanning my cable for channels. My cable company is Comcast. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why SageTV can't find any channels? I have tried just about everything.

When you set up the guide, are you selecting the digital channels or the analog feed from Comcast? Comcast cable-ready, for instance, is what you would need to choose.
