ComSkip detection = Good, Client Skips= Bad ...

I am running Comskip on TV programs captured via firewire. The playback is via SageMC client on a PC not an extender.

Checking the Comskip output (it is the edl file) in ComskipGUI shows very good detection but when playing back the skip points are sometimes off by up to a few seconds.

The PC OS is windows 7 and i have installed the native recording patch and updated files from that thread.

Why is Sage so far off when the EDL is good and is there anything i can do about it?

Thanks in advance for any help / advise you may have
