Error (-3,0x800070043)

I'm installing Sagetv on a new windows 7 64bit. I am using Hauppauge HD-PVR. I installed the latest Sagetv software. I'm able to install it an go thru the installation panel. When I get to the section where is want you to Add a new Source I go ahead an select HD-PVR. The next screen then indicated the type of connections which I use components, once I select that open is where I the this error message.
There was a capture error in playback details
Error (-3,0x800070043): There was a problem accessing the filesystem for capture.

Then the error message goes away then nothing happens. I get the second popup box that it is doing something but nothing really is happening just sits there.

Did you install the TME software that came with it or just the HD-PVR driver. SageTV will need a h.264 codec in order to preview the picture. Go into the setup an see if you have a h.264 codec available.

I don't even get pass the selection of the capture device. When I select the device that's when I get the error message. I can't get pass that it found the HD PVR.
