FameRing Smart Cutter - another frame accurate H.264 AVCHD editor
So in fairness, I decided to give this editor a try on an HD PVR .ts file. While not as polished as the other frame accurate editor, I was actually able to navigate the GUI in Smart Cutter easier. The output was very fast, and it appears to have maintained AC3.
$40, and according to the website "life-time free upgrade". Smart Cutter Looking for feedback here from you guys.
