Two Instances of Studio?

In reading the release notes for v7 I saw an update to allow dragging and dropping of widgets between two instances of Studio.

How do you get two instances of studio running on one machine?

Here's a quote from awhile back....not sure if it'll help you.

I run Sage as a service and don't really like to do my development on the production machine, so I guess I'm SOL.
