some hiccups in the audio spdif
Ok, I'm don't think it's a v7 (because I had the same issue in v6).
I was having some issues, with some stuttering (video) but turned out to be a failing hard drive. Before I found out it was that, I updated the firmware to the beta v6 firmware (forgot what it was for). Then fixed the real problem, then noticed the small hiccup in the sound (like when you push mute then unmute but very very fast). If I rewind to listen to the spot again its fine. I say it happens about every 4 to 6 minutes. No video skips. I don't remember it before the v6 beta firmware. Anyone else has any ideas?

I'm using the box connected to sagetv server. I'm using SPDIF to my receiver for audio and hdmi to video. I had another HD200 box and did the same thing.
I did notice for the setup for the box (in standalone mode), has hdmi/spdif for digital pcm and digital bitstream. When was this put in? I'm going to try to change from pcm to bitstream to see if that makes a difference.

Still have an issue with the other box. used same power cord. This could either be a network problem or power problem or another.
Anyone has some ideas?

It's likely a reported issue of audio drop-out. Check the DTS thread.
