Ignore "Failed to find metadata for" a video

I am getting "Failed to find metadata for F:\videos\misc\freefoto_railroad_tanfield_UK_S01-E002_8.25_16x9_HDV.divx using provider imdb-2,themoviedb.org,imdb.xml" in System Messages approx once a day. This is a home video I found of trains on the internet that the kids love - but it (BMT?) is never going to find the metadata for it. I have other home videos that don't seem to cause any problems, but I have to keep clearing this one out of System Messages. Is there a way I can tell it to ignore this one forever? Is it possibly the goofy filename (with season/episode) that is tripping it up?

This is a Sage 7, but I thought it made more sense to post it in this forum.

You can add the name (or part of it) to the ignore videos regex. IN the web ui, go to the configuration, search for "ignore", and in there, you can enter "freefoto".. basically, telling bmt to ignore anything with "freefoto" in the path. Or you could enter "misc", and it will ignore any files with misc in the path.

You could also, turn off the notifications from the Automatic Plugin Configuration. from the web ui, got to configuration, metadata, then automatic plugin, and turn off (uncheck) the system messages.

Stuckless, help me out here... Where do I go to turn this off in v4.2?

I went to {web ui -> configure -> Phoenix -> Fanart/Metadata Options -> Use System Messages for Failed Lookups} and the checkbox is not checked.

Matt, that is the place where you set it. You should not see messages for failed items.
