Why not just learn the Exit button as the Back button in the Sage Detailed setup of the remote commands?

I believe the exit function is another function on the remote and system. In other words they ate two different functions and i would have to sacrifice exit. I think anyway

There is no "Exit" button on the HD200 remote nor in the Commands of the Link menu under Detailed Setup in SageTV.

Anybody having problems with the "Menu" button on the Harmony One within the Sage UI? I'm not sure mine ever worked.
In Device setup for my Harmony One I selected "Computer/Media Center PC/Microsoft/Windows Media Center" since I already had the MCE IR receiver connected to a USB way back when I was running MCE. Everything seems to work well except the "Menu" button. In this device setup the "Exit" button duplicates the "Back" command. It looks like the the Harmony One "Menu" and "Exit" buttons are hardcoded to the Device configuration chosen because I've tried to customize and remap those buttons in the Logitech configuration untility but no matter what I assign those buttons, they keep acting the same way. I have to map the Touchscreen button named "Start" to "Green Button" to allow me to get to the Sage UI menu. This is kind of a pain since the "Menu" button on the remote is easier to reach with my thumb than the Touchscreen. I was just wondering if everyone is using the Windows Media Center device setup too. I know there is a Sage and SageTV selection rather than Microsoft under the Computer/Media Center PC device selection. I think I even tried it once months ago but found the one I'm already setup with all commands I need except for the "Menu" button not working.

I think this might be some of the behavior I am seeing as well. The Menu button should be getting you back to another menu but it doesn't always work the same way based on your menu selection. I will play with it more after I reboot my locked up server
![]() Also how does one remap a command in sage? I plead ignorance as I have never done this! Thanks, Neil |

I've my Harmony One mapped to an MCE remote. Menu=Green Button and Exit=Back both work flawless. I don't think I did anything special regarding Menu. Pressing Menu brings me to the main screen.
But what doesn't work in my case is PreviousChannel. This is the same key as OK, which doesn't make a lot of sense, but seems to be the default. SageMC offered to switch the behaviour of this key, but the Default UI doesn't seem to allow this. I tried to map a special key combination to the PreviousChannel command in Sage (think I tried CTRL+P), and while this combination works with my wireless keyboard, I somehow don't get it to work with the One (even though I specifically learned this combo on the remote and assigned to the previous channel key). Are others using the Previous Channel combination on the remote the way how it's supposed to work? If yes did you have to do anything special? |

When you watch TV menu button does nothing. It should take me back to the main window.
Anyone able to provide me instructions on how to program the exit button on the remote to equal back? I have to change it on SageTV correct? Thanks! |
