MakeMKV and HD200 Playback/Stutter

Is anyone using MakeMKV to backup main titles for bluray discs?

I have been able to create one MKV that would playback in Sage using the HD200 extender. However, when I tried to backup Sherlock Holmes, I am unable to get it to play smoothly on the HD200 - I end up with stuttering audio. However, it does playback fine in VLC. I have had the same problem with 2 other bluray discs I have attempted to backup into an MKV.

If I use MakeMKV to just backup the disc, rather than convert the main title to an MKV it plays back without issue.

Is anyone using MakeMKV to create MKVs from blurays successfully?
