2 PVR 350 - Only 1 showing up

I have 2 PVR 350's in my machine. Previously, both tuners were working properly. I deleted wiz.bin to clean out my library import duplicates. Now, when I go to setup wizard, only one tuner is available, even though I try to add new source. Is there a sage.properties line I should be looking at?
