Can MediaFileRemoved event be fired when media file isn't actually deleted?
Need Narflex or someone with the knowledge about the core events to comment on this post, please. Basically, are there situations where a MediaFileRemoved event is fired, but the actual physical file(s) aren't deleted from the disk?
Thanks.

Yes, this can occur. Somehow this got left out of the 7.0.11 release notes, but there was a new 'Reason' added to the event called 'ImportLost' which will occur when a MediaFile is removed from the database due to no longer being in a valid import path (or if it was deleted by the user externally this would also be triggered for imported files).
