Can't Connect To The Internet

I've been updated to a fibre line (scarce up here in the Great White North), and now I want to share my media with my parents. I have a Placeshifter license that I am using for them to connect, and the user IDs and the like are all set up. The issue is that when I run PS on their PC, I get the message box

"Placeshifter cannot connect to the internet for some reason....."

I've tried connecting using my DynDNS address (get the error above), as well as using the Locator ID, and neither work. Using the locator ID gives a different error (sorry, can't remember it right off - something like "can't connect" or "not registered").

I can connect to my server from MY laptop through my wireless LAN, as well as remotely from outside my network.

It's frustrating, because I'm not over there all that often and I'd really like to set them up so my mother can watch a movie while my father watches hours of fishing shows!

As I mentioned, she is on Vista and firewall is open to PS... could there be something else that is stopping PS from getting to the outside world?


ps. I do have port forwarding set up, and it's working fine - I can connect using the web interface from anywhere.... it's just the Placeshifter client that can't seem to get out, either to connect to my IP or to Sage's server to validate the locator ID
