New in Online Services: Channels.com Web Shows

After installing the STV update listed before for beta v7.0.15, the Online Services menu will contain an option for "Channels.com Web Shows".

STV Updates:
STV version 7.0.15.5, file set 2010082001 Update
STV version 7.0.15.6, file set 2010082601 Update

The Channels.com item accesses their categorized dynamic feeds listing a collection of the best shows on the web.

To set options for Channels.com, go to Detailed Setup -> Customize -> Online Video Options -> Channels.com Options. From there, you can choose which languages can be in the Channels.com feeds and whether adult-tagged content will be included. If Parental Controls are enabled, you will need to enter the parental passcode to enable adult content.

There seems to be one bug (7.0.15). If I hit right key on my remote, I get blank screen. Only if I hit the Select key, I see the message downloading content and then see the shows.

This has been fixed for the next update.

It isn't select vs right arrow related -- it only happened on the Main Menu's Channels.com item after SageTV had just been started & therefore the online video properties hadn't been loaded yet.
