Bug: video -->local even when turned off

Using PVR-350 with local decoding turned off.

Some imported mpegs are directed ONLY to the local (pc) screen even tho 'hardware encoding only' is enabled.

Additionally, the same video will play perfectly in wintvout (a pvr-350 out 'only' player) so this is not an issue of an mpeg not being compatible with the pvr-350.
