Using Myblaster and HE Remote, upgraded to 2.0

and now Sage will not tune channels by itself. The HE remote still works because I can bring it up and manually put in a channel and it changes. Sage will not use it however, it just stays on the same channel. It worked fine with the beta 2 but wont work now, any ideas?

try reinstalling the remote software

but I have never heard of that remote

that is the remote, the software and remote are physically working because they change the channel fine, but not in sage. It is like sage isn't recognizing them, but it does see something on COM 3 which is where the remote is. It worked fine for the 2 beta of sage.

for anyone who comes across this problem later i fixed it by

1. uninstalling HEremote

2. uninstalling Sage (i just upgraded it earlier)

3. deleting the sage folder that was still left after the uninstall

4. restarting

5. installing HEremote, getting it working again

6. installing sage again from scratch

7. importing the exe.dll from HEremote to sage

8. opeing sage and starting it up/ going through set-up

works now, i have no idea what step solved the problem
