Which is better: Aver M150 or PVR250?

Which is better: Aver M150 or PVR250?

I'd like to know picture quality difference between the two and reliability.

I run both. Tuner on the M150 is not as strong as the 250 next to it so getting cleaner reception is more difficult. Other than that they seem identical.
