HD300 1080p Output Issue - HDMI
I'm not able to force 1080p to a Westinghouse 37" 1080p LCD. The video out test on the remote works just fine at 1080i but ends up in a "no signal" at 1080p. I'm guessing this is an EDID negotiation issue since this display is famous for having the wrong EDID info (1080i). However on the PopcornHour A-100 I used previously, I was able to force 1080p without issue by simply selecting it as the output, so I assume it simply ignored the EDID info. Is there a workaround on the HD300 to force a resolution?
