HD-300 to server connection problems

Sometimes my HD300 will not see my WHS after I turn it on. It will sometimes hang while connecting, or while sending a WOL packet.

The funny thing is that on the home screen, when I go to "folders", it will see everything on the server and I can watch the "recorded TV" folder. But when I go back the the "SageTV server" button, it says it can't find any servers on the network?

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Can't say I've seen that one yet.. However, I do know the HD300 gets messed up if you power-down the Sage server without stopping the HD300.. Even a power-off of the HD300 doesn't fully return it to a 100% working state.. I did this while installing some s/w upgrades and had to unplug the HD300 eventually to play back streaming content..

Hopefully someone else will chime in with a suggestion..

Bump. Sent email to support, who told me to flash to beta firmware. No result.

When I turn on the HD300 it finds the WHS server, connects, and gets stuck on the Sage TV startup screen for a long time (>1-2 minutes).
If I just turn it on and off again, it says it can't find the server, and tries WOL packet with no success.

But then if I go into the videos button on the home screen, it will show me the shared server folders on the server and I can watch from the "recorded tv" folder. Then when I go back to the "server" button on the home screen, it still says "no servers found".

I have my server always-on, so its not a sleep issue.

Any suggestions?!

I have this problem as well. If i restart the sage service the hd300 will not reconnect. I have to completely reboot my whs to get the 300 to reconnect.
