Issue running SageTV client on server
I'm having an interesting problem with a new Win7 install. I have SageTV runnnig in service mode on a Win7 23bit OS. Extenders can access just fine. When I try to run SageTV on the actual server machine while it is in service mode, the UI does not see any of the local drives. If I stop the SageTV service and disable service mode, then I can start the UI and see everything as normal.
I don't have UAC enabled. Any ideas what might be different between service mode and standalone that would cause this?

probably a permissions issue... does the user that is running the sagetv client have access to those drives? And are you running the service as the localsystem account or an actual account?

The service is running as localsystem. I can see the drives and manipulate them through windows explorer. The UAC is turned off to avoid any installation headaches.
The funny thing is that if I turn service mode off and start up SageTV, then it sees all the drives. If I turn service mode on and start up SageTV, then they're gone.
