Black Bar on PVR-350

I don't know if any of you have seen this thread http://forums.freytechnologies.com/f...0194#post40194 . After several weeks I finally have colour pictures on my TV screen but I have this horendous black bar across the bottom of the screen. It doesn't matter what I do I still can't seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?
