Problem with one HDHomeRun tuner

I have a SiliconDust HomeRun tuner, model HDHR-US. Both tuners are connected to my broadcast aerial. It was working just fine when I was using Sage v6 as well as the beta of Sage v7. A couple of months I upgraded to Sage v7 by doing a complete reinstall. Ever since then, I've not been able to get Sage to see any channels on tuner 2. If I use the HDHomeRun Config software, I can tune both tuners, watch things on both. The status in the HDHomeRun config software shows Sig Strength and Quality that same (as I would expect since they are a split line).

I set up SageTV video devices identically for both of them. Looking at the settings shows Functioning: true, Network Encoder: false, Input Type: Digital TV Tuner, Cable/Antenna: Antenna, EPG Lineup: Digital Broadcast - 32712, Tuner Control: N/A, Broadcast Standard: ATSC

I then scan for available channels, but it doesn't find any. I see them in channel list, they have green checks next to them, and all of the channel info (logical, physical, station, desc) for each matches up exactly with the other tuner exactly. But doing a preview shows a red bar with a Signal Strength of 0% while on the first tuner it's 100% on the same channel.

I've tried the currently HDHomeRun firmware release 20100828 as well as the 20101201beta2. I'm on SageTV V7.0.23.246. I also have a WinTV HVR-950 that I have connected to basic cable.

Everything worked so well for a year, but now I can't get this one to work any longer. Does anyone have any idea what I might need to look at to try and resolve it?

Try removing the tuner, going into the SageTV directory and removing any scn/frq files related to that tuner, then readding the tuner and making sure to do a full channel scan in SageTV when you do.

Okay, I've tried and tried. I've removed it the tuner. There is only a FRQ file for the -0 tuner, not one for the -1 tuner and there are no SCN files at all. Where I'm looking is in my main SageTV folder. I looked around in the subfolders for a bit, but didn't find any other FRQ or SCN files. If they should be somewhere else, please let me know.

Then I readded the tuner. Selected the Broadcast-Digital and then tried using the same channel list as well as copied the channel list. I tried disabling all channels and then doing a full scan and an update scan, but still I can't get this tuner to find any channels inside of Sage.

If I connect with the HDHomeRun software, I can preview the channels. It's just Sage that I can't get to see them and only for this one tuner.

Scanning both tuners with the Silicondust software should produce 2 x .frq in the SageTV directory. Or if you have UAC enabled it may place them in the virtual store directory. If you only get one .frq file open a trouble ticket with Silicondust so they can debug the second tuner.

EDIT-Sorry. I missed the fact it was OTA. My post is for cable. See the post below.

The HDHR setup instructions are here: HDHR setup for Windows.

For OTA tuning, there are no scn files created by SiliconDust's software; OTA scanning is done in SageTV. You might need to make sure that software has configured the tuner for antenna tuning, though. Make sure SageTV is using it for broadcast/antenna tuning too.
