Is there a way to use Diammond to show movies in folders category like with MMFolders in SMM?

Not currently, if you mean an explorer type of view.

If you are looking for a "category" views we have two "Category Flow" and "360 Flow" that group based on category.

There is also folder include/exclude filters for custom views where you can limit displayed movies to those in specific folders. If you have tons of folders though that would be a lot of work and a lot of views.
