Hauppauge Collosus PCIe passthrough under ESXi?

I've read through most of the past threads on running a Sage server as a windows VM under ESXi. It sounds like most are using USB passthrough with USB capture devices.

Is anyone running a Colossus in an ESXi VM using PCIe passthrough?

I am planning to ditch my WHS setup and put Sage in a Windows 7 VM and FreeNAS in a second VM. Sage would have its own dedicated recording drive(s), and FreeNAS would be the store for videos, music, photos, and PC backups with ZFS, with ZRAID on 3 2TB drives (one of them parity) for 4TB FreeNAS storage.

I am targeting a Sandy Bridge Xeon CPU probably on an Intel S1200BTL motherboard, unless a better motherboard option emerges in the next month or so that supports VT-d (Intel's "Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O"), with 16GB ECC RAM

Thanks! I see in your post .sig you are running Sage on a Linux VM. Are there Linux drivers for the Colossus?
