Automatically check Is Sage recording on metadata update

is there a way to have imports that are identified as tv shows in the metadata automatically set as sage recordings. I seem to only be able to do this when I do a manual metadata update.

There is a configuration option, "Import TV as Recordings", when enabled it will automatically import a tv shows as recordings when they are added to your sagetv library.

If they are already imported into sagetv, then you can use the bmt web ui, navigate to the TV Shows views and then use the Batch Operation "Import As Recordings" to import ALL files in that view as recordings.

No, that is a core sagetv setting. This setting is in the web ui Configure -> Phoenix -> Metadata/Fanart Options.

I've had this set all along and recently, I've had to manually set imports to sage recordings. I just double checked.
