Boxee Box as an extender? (xbmc perhaps?)

On my primary TV, I only have a Boxee connected.

I do have the SageTV app, but NEVER use it. I really appreciate all the work that was done on it, but the native boxee apps are just better.

I've spent a bit too much time renaming ALL my media to proper naming conventions that Boxee can index.
Two tools that have made this so much easier are:

Bulk File Renamer

FileBot

Both are awesome and have made renaming files a breeze. I still have sage recording on the back end and use the webapp to schedule recordings and such, but I watch exclusively via Boxee.

It's not really that much work. To me, it's been worth it.

The SageTV app is a native Boxee app

Yeah, I think he just means the scanning/identifying of his recorded content so that stuff shows up on the "native" screens
