Fanart not displaying
If I looked at "Manage Meta Data" - I can see the movie has fanart (both posters and background image) but they are not showing up on the wall...
Is there a way to tell SageTV to load them?

It took around 5 minutes - but then the fanart magically showed up...

Is there a way of getting the Phoenix UI to check for fanart on demand instead of waiting for the refresh?

You have to use BMT if you want to do interactive / on demand fanart management.

Ok - I have BMT installed already...

I assume you mean by using the "Refresh" button - is that correct?
