New ISO files not being recognized
Don't know what happened, but I just noticed that new iso files are not being recognized by the sagetv video import scanner and thus no .properties files are being created for them. Previously imported iso filea that already have a .properties file are still recognized. Just having a problem getting the video import scanner to recognize the new iso files. Any idea what may be causing this? I'm using SageTV 7.1.9.256 for WHS.

Sage, by itself, will not generate .properties files. It generates them upon a change to the metadata, most often by something like BMT. There is an option to skip the .properties generation in the sage.properties file.

So is it BMT that is no longer recognizing new ISO files? If so, how do I remedy this? I've tried to find the new iso via the bmt webui, but it isn't there. So any new movies with iso files don't show up, neither in BMT nor the sagetv imported video interface.

BMT not recognizing new .iso files
I've noticed that my BMT is no longer recognizing new files with iso extension. Previously imported iso files are still being recognized, but new ones aren't showing up in any views. Any idea what may have happened and how I can fix this? Thanks.
Using BMT 2.3.37 and sagetv 7.1.9.256 |

i'd have to see your phoenix-metadata.log and/or the phoenix.log to see for sure. Maybe you can check the logs/phoenix-metadata.log and search for your ISO filename and see what it says. If you can't find it in there, then it may be that sagetv didn't tell bmt about the file. Or maybe bmt couldn't find a good enough match on the filename title to make a good decision on the metadata.
