Windows Media Center Live Tv--No video, audio only for ATSC channels

Ok so I do not have this problem in Sage, but I want to set up both Sage and Windows Media Center with different inputs.

Using a Hauppauge 2250, trying to play OTA ATSC local channels thru WMC, I setup everything and go to FOX or CBS and only get a black screen with audio.

Tried many different things already, reset Media Center and tried to install some additional codecs. Anyone have this?
