mlbdude It happens with the 3 decoders have currently installed
nvDVD, PowerDVD, Sonic DVD Decoder Pack when using overlay
I think it did this with the normal release of sageTV v2 but it would be nice if you could compensate for it, something they never did

also back arrow does not work when adding favorites

also I getting lock ups if I use the closebutton to close the file to return to the main menu
then when I try to watch another show
I get lock ups in the video only
I can still navigate the menus
Happens until I restart
If I do not use the close button and just start watching something else it is fine

When a recorded show finishes 1.5 doesn't go back to the Recordings. I have to close the file from the options menu and then it puts me to the Main Menu.

Anyone else see this, using the latest 1.5 update, when I use "Browse by station" and try to record a show a few days away, the red border denoting a show to record goes around every show on the screen. But when I move up or down on the shows on the screen, then go back to the originally set to be recorded show, the screen is now correct (with only the show I originally wanted having the red boarder).

Edit: this only happens sometimes.

I would bet you can recreate it if you use the Pgup or Pgdown commands on any of the two pane menu's. This is a bug in Sage and is very reproducible. I think that is why Frey does not have any two-pane items in their default STV yet.

Setup Wizard

Their is a bug in the setup wizard when you go to add a new card or modify a existing card. Their is no selection indicator shown. I hope this make since.. Just go to the setup wizard and try to adjust the color calibration you will see what I mean. This also occurs when you try to add a new card to the database.

Regards,
Thomas Sexton

I think I fixed this already. Let me know if this is not what you are talking about.

This fix (if we are talking about the same thing) is in 1.6 and is not released yet.

also I am getting a long pause when leaving a video while it is running and entering the setup menu
about 3 seconds maybe 2 but a long pause

hope you saw the others I found in my post above

Put out a new version, hopefully the last for bug fixes. Would like to start on some new features .

Those using Overlay and the Preview Window should notice a change in the border. It is not as pretty but it should work better. Let me know.

This one is really minor, but I'm still seeing two "Video Menu Options" on Multimedia setup.

Could you please update the install package? I noticed that the download page for your customizations (http://download.sage.tv/~mlbdude/#IN) has not been updated with the latest builds. I want to be sure of the install order... do I just install the Beta1 and then the Beta6 update now?

Thanks,
Rob

mlbdude it looks great!

I'm not sure if it's a feature, bug, or error on my side but when trying to organize my favorites, the arrows are no longer to the right of the highlighted item.

Also I no longer can see the menu images. I have a mlbdude directory in the OriginalV2 folder where everything for your STV resides. Is this correct, or should I eliminate the directory and have everything in the OriginalV2 folder?

Any chance of adding features to the Music Jukebox or Picture Library?

Those are intentionally removed for space reasons.

You might still have the old directory structure. If you download the full beta1 package it will contain a directory structure of MlbDude\Default where the images go. It might be best to delete you existing MlbDude directory and just extract that one again.

mlbdude,

Thanks for the great work on studio. I asked this while you were out and I think that it got missed. Could wildcards be used in the naming of folder images for the video library. So instead of "folder.jpg" could we be able to use "*.jpg". I have a large number of video files and renaming these would be a problem. Currently using wildcards does not work.

Doing that would be a bit of work. If I see an easier way I will do it at some point.
