It would seem that the same has happened to the lineups in the 14534 zip code. I received a message in Sage that the "Time Warner Cable" lineup disappeared, but when looking at the available lineups it would seem that even the "Time Warner Digital Cable" and "Digital Broadcast" entries have disappeared. In fact, all that's left are Satellite entries.

just got the message that these no longer exist on the EPG server:
"DISH Network - USA" "Digital Broadcast - 55331" (my OTA tuner) Will this fix itself? Is it just a temporary server problem or do I need to re-add the sources? |

Same message today for "Digital Broadcast - 43402" no longer exists...

It's back
Just checked and it seems that they're back. Not sure if I need to do anything or if they will just automatically start updating again.

This was looked into earlier today and the problem should now be resolved on the EPG server and all the affected systems should auto-correct themselves over the next 24 hours.
I'm not sure if this will leave a day or so hole in the EPG listings, but after a few days check your listings. If you notice that there is missing data about 12 days from now where there is data before it & data after it, then that can be repaired by this FAQ, particularly: Quote:

Will check mine when I get home tonight. Noticed the "i" icon last night and panicked for a couple of sec. Good thing I have look ahead maxed out. I think the buyout has a lot of us in edge this year.

Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server
Has my SageTV come to its end?
On Feb 28 2012 I got an odd (green icon) information message in SageTV that reads as follows: Channel Lineup Lost from EPG Server - The lineup "Digital Broadcast - 841**" no longer exists on the EPG server. Updates to this lineup will no longer occur. When I check the "Program Guide" it shows 7 days of local program data but nothing has updated recently and it looks like after March 9th my SageTV server becomes obsolete. Is there a fix for this? I’ve searched this site for similar EPG problems but found nothing, nor can I find anything on how to setup an alternate EPG source. Please point me in the right direction to some EPG fixes / answers? EDIT Thanks Opus4 that fixed my EPG problem. Now I remember, I had to do the same thing a few months ago to fix a gap in the data. Apparently there are still problems with the EPG server. I received the "Channel lineup lost from EPG server) message on 3/3/12.

Gerry,
Are you sure that's the exact name for the lineup as displayed for the "EPG Lineup" on the right hand side if you go to Setup Video Sources->select the input. I'm not seeing anything by that name even historically in the EPG server database.

I just returned from out of town and found this same message for "Comcast - Lake City" in zip code 32024. The message was dated 02/28. Skimming the program guide, I didn't notice any holes through 03/15, the last day it currently has available.
Is it prudent to do the properties file thing anyway? |
