Periodic network dropouts with NAS connected

I have recently attached a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device (LG N2A2DD2) to my network solely for system backup - not for Sage use. For some reason when the NAS is on the other side of a wireless bridge, my HD300 (also on the other side of the wireless bridge) works flawlessly when playing video (live or recorded) from my PC "server".

However, when I moved the NAS to the same side of the bridge as my PC I got much faster throughput to the NAS (as expected since it's now hardwired to the same router as the PC) but the network traffic from the PC to the HD300 drops to zero every 20-30 seconds and the output freezes.

If I turn off the NAS the HD300 operates without interruptions. Turn on the NAS and the traffic out of the PC gets throttled to zero every 15-30 seconds again. Put the NAS on the other side of the bridge and Sage is unaffected.

Any thoughts on a way to keep the NAS with the PC but not negatively affect Sage?

Sounds like an IP address conflict to me. Check the routers IP list?
