*I don't recall, what does the Component breakout cable for the HD300 look like? Is it just a dongle or the entire cable? I will have to try to track that down, but I am not sure what I am looking for 
**I have my original V6 key, the V7 upgrade, a client key, and placeshifter key, but I am not sure which version they are, they are all included in the $75.
