Stupid Question of the Week ("Use Enter for Recording Options")

I'm not sure if this is a Diamond setting or a regular old SageTV but I'm sure somebody here can point me in the right direction.

For the life of me, I can't seem to find where to set "User Enter for Recording Options" vs "Use Enter for Airing Options" that can be used in at least two places: first and foremost in the program guide when selecting a program, I don't want to automatically tune/record the program I want the dialog that comes with the basic or advanced recording options. I have it set this way on one PC client but not the other. Similarly on the Recording Detail screen, using Enter can either bring up the Options dialog (first client) with "Watch Now", "Record Options", etc. or just start playback (second client).

If anybody has the answer for this question, please post it!!!! I just rebuilt my HTPC and I also can't for the life of me remember how to set this up.
