Gemstone API Failed
I just updated from Diamond to Gemstone. The Gemstone GUI won't load presumably because the Gemstone API is listed as Failed. I have tried uninstall/reinstall and that didn't fix it.
I have switched back to Diamond Legacy for the time being.

If I had to guess I would suggest that the download or extract of the Gemstone JAR file to the SageTV jars folder failed somehow. Make sure you have uninstalled gemstone and then try closing sage and if on the server then stop the service and delete the gemstone.jar and then reinstall gemstone and let us know how it went.
