Weather doesn't update.

i have sage 7.0.23.246 and my weather hasnt updated since 7-2-12, 5 months ago. i have tried adding the google weather plugin. uninstalling rebooting reinstalling. still shows the weather channel info. any ideas on what i can do to get a working weather in the default STV. i have phoenix installed and if i use that i do get weather updates. but i dont care for the look.

Upgrade to SageTV 7.1.9. Using that and only that I have current weather. With latest STV updates of course.

I believe I read that the issue is directly with the Weather Channel where the data comes from and not Sage itself. Something about WC no longer providing a free feed so downloads stop. Sux for me here in Denver as mine stopped updating on one of the hotest days of the Summer so every time I go to the main menu, I see it is 100 degrees outside (OK actually it is pretty cool when it is really 10 outside). I would like to know if there is some way to then just turn off the weather display in the title bar so that I dont have to see that anymore. The better fix would be to make the Weather update start working again...

It works fine in 7.1.9. That is the only update that will happen.
