Noob question for an old dog ...
Ok so it's been a very long time since I had todeal with this and Sage. For the life of me I cannot get Sage to use my network shares?
New install of 7 on an XP Pro VM (shouldn't matter) PC can access shares fine. What am I missing that needs to be done? Wasn't there something that needed to be changed in the properties file? Thanks.

First of all, are you running the SageTV service (assuming you're using the service) as a user with access to the share?
Is the share on the same physical machine as the VM, or a different machine? If the VM configured to use NAT or bridged networking? If the share is on a different physical machine I think you'd have to use bridged networking.
