Complete Lock & OSD Malfunction with PVR-350 - Any Debugging?

I've been running my Sage TV PC for about 2-3 months now.

Only recently, I've been having thse 2 problems & they seem to be getting more & more frequent. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to try or ways to debug the error.

The problkems are:
1. Every day or 2 the computer totally freezes. The mouse will move the cursor, but that's it. It's never done this before & I'm relatively sure it's not an overheating issue.

2. If I'm watching recorded shows I fast forward through commercials (obviously). In watching ~3 hrs of TV, the OSD will lock up about twice. This requires going on to system through VNC & resetting the enable OSD on PVR-350 a couple times before the video refreshes.

I know it's possible that #1 isn't a Sage issue, but there's really not much else on the system and it's a system thats been running for 4+ years and never hard locked like that until Sage & PVR-350 were installed.

#2 is def a Sage issue and I know it was brought up heavily during the v2 betas but I thought it had been resolved.

Any ideas to debug this better or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx
