I'm on third day of no EPG updates for Dish at 55331 zip. Seems like lots are having similar issues but no confirmed reason?

Comcast on Spokane, WA just vanished also. Yesterday I had listings for 10 days ahead, they all just vanished.

And now the lineup is back, but 3/4ths of the listings are "No Data".

Another issue was found & fixed.
Check your listings over the next few days. If you notice that there are gaps in the EPG data (no listings for some days followed by days with listings), then that can be repaired by this FAQ, particularly: Quote:

Thanks for keeping us running. After Denali's comment, I reset my .properties and ended up with full listings again, no gaps. I need to just write a script to do that; the shutdown, edit, restart is a bit of a pain to do manually.

Are you sure it's fixed? I had some No Data gaps so I deleted the lines from the Sage.properties file (each property was listed twice, both were removed).
When the EPG reloaded after I removed those lines, I received this message: The lineup "Shaw Direct Digital - Canada (West) Classic" no longer exists on the EPG server. Updates to this lineup will no longer occur. This was less than half an hour ago. I still have a few stations with "No Data" starting on Wednesday June 5, but there are quite are few that were filled in after the EPG was reloaded. |

Just forced another EPG update, and I still get the same error message. Looks like something is still not working.

It looks like there are still issues. Did the properties file edit and got data for some of my channels and "No Data" for some.

I didn't get the Lineup Lost message, but I had no data after 6/7 at 7PM. I checked this morning, and it extended to 6/10 at 7PM...but that's still not 14 days. Does anyone have data past 6/10?

I got the lineup lost message for the NY area Digital locals around 9am Eastern this morning. I still have date through 8th, so I'm not too worried at the moment. I trust it will be fixed before then.

Last night I also got the error on my main lineup for the HDHR Prime. Both "Verizon Fios Philadelphia Digital - Philadelphia" and "Verizon Fios Philadelphia - Philadelphia" are stated as "Lost from EPG Server". Hopefully a solution can be found soon.

I got a couple of these this week for Mentor Ohio. Seems like when I check it, the listing is back in the server.

Everything seems to be working again on my end. Removing the lines from the properties file filled in all of my gaps this time, and I have data until June 10th.

Seems to stick better if you reboot your computer after saving sage.properties, can't figure that out. I don't run the service. Maybe it just needed to be done twice.

Malfunction, that might be because after a reboot, your computer hasn't cached the answer to the IP lookup of the server, so it might get a different server to sync to. It depends on how they've got the multiple EPG servers setup.
