BBC HD channels no picture

My freesat BBC HD channels 1 2 3 4 cbeebes and cbbc were working fine up to yesterday. Now I have no picture but full signal. All other channels work fine. I have tried a full rescan but get same result. Has anyone any ideas ?

Just tested and all working fine here, well a part from CBBC and CBEEBIES as they not broadcast anything at this time at night. Also no changes required to the .FRQ files either.

Which tuners are you using?

Hi. I'm using a technotrend S2 3600. I have been using for years with no problem. Whats strange is that all other channels are fine ITV HD etc, even the SD bbc channels. I wondered if maybe a windows update of something could have affected something.

I think is unlikely, however to be sure, please double check your .FRQ settings with these one:

I tried you frq files but they are the same as mine. The tuner now will not tune any channels. I have done all the reinstalling drivers and the tuner but have had no luck. I have three dvb T tuners which work perfectly. Time to replace the sat tuner.

The last few weeks have been quite stressful as I had a total loss of all BBC channels due to a satellite switch ( to Astra 2E ). I was lucky eventually because getting a new bigger dish fixed the issue.

I feel for all British expats in Spain who are now without freesat channels.
