Ticker/scroll bar?
This was mentioned in another thread here and had been bandied about here and there back in the days PGS (pre-Google Sale): has anyone made any attempts to put a ticker or scrolling bar into the Sage UI? Is this in any of the Custom UIs (I use default so I have not kept up)? If not, is it even possible?
I have always liked the idea of having a scroll bar at the bottom of the menu screen that you could customize with RSS-fed headlines from sites of your choosing, or even with, perhaps, a list of upcoming recordings or such. Just wondering.

Software: SageTV v9x64, stock STV with ADM. Tuners: 4 tuners via (2) HDHomeruns (100% OTA, DIY antennas in the attic). Clients: Several HD300s, HD200s, even an old HD100, all on wired LAN. Latest firmware for each.
