NHL and NBA future airings missing
I often use the future airings feature to find additional airings of programs. For some reason, this season I've noticed Sage isn't picking up the closest upcoming NBA and NHL playoff games. This has happened some years when the show is titled "NHL playoffs" as opposed to "NHL hockey" but that doesn't seem to be the case. All future airings are titled "NHL hockey" or "NBA basketball".
It seems Sage is skipping the upcoming 4 or 5 days of games and showing upcoming games the following week. This is not happening with any other shows I've looked at. This behavior occurs in Gemstone as well as Sage V7. Anyone else seeing this? Any thoughts?

I haven't really paid much attention to this, because I generally know on which nights games are being played and then I just check the usual outlets, but Ihave noticed that during these postseasons the descriptions are being created only a day or two in advance. You'll see things like "Damion Lillard played well, but the Blazers struggled in the fourth quarter of Game Two ...".
I think a big part of the problem is that the leagues/networks have not decided where these games will air in advance. Or at least, not more than two games in advance. So if the NHL has three games scheduled for Tuesday night they don't yet know which series will be aired on CNBC, while it's pretty safe to say it would be Caps/Pens on NBC Sportsnet. For that reason I'm pretty sure there are just description-free placeholders for the guide data until 36 hours before game time ... |

I see what you're saying. The games as "NHL hockey" are in the EPG. "Future airings" just isn't catching it.

How many past airings show up? If it's 1,000 then look in the Sage.properties files for "wizard/max_search_results" and change it from 1000 to something bigger. (1000 is the default.)
