Schedules direct epg not compatible with Docker
Hi all,
I thought I'd try to get SD working with V9 in Stuckless Docker container (Java7 and 8 dockers), but I get the above error in the plugins but then it says it is compatible in the plugin. Images attached. I installed anyway, but it never gives the SD EPG option when I'm setting up the tuners. Am I right in this and if so, can it be done? Or am I completely wrong and can't see it? Any one got SD working in a docker? Cheers Si Edit - I may have misread whats supposed to happen. Am trying to add tuner again. Last edited by maceie; 08-17-2016 at 03:54 AM. Did you use the install server plugins menu option? Or have you tried installing it with placeshifter?

installed via plugins menu.
I think it's having trouble talking to SD over JSON as the log is now saying "username invalid or token expired" and I'm sure the username/pass is right. I've wiped the docker out and am doing it again. OK, so It's all working, except its not getting any channel listings. I hit refresh and the log shows.... Nevermind, I see what I was thinking of is the menu to show already installed plugins.
It might be worth trying to use Placeshifter to install it. I wonder if there's something wonky going on with SageTV Client. |

There should be a log file in /opt/sagetv/server/plugins/sdepg that might give some more information.

Given up with SD EPG
Well, I got the EPG importing (mostly, although some channels were missing) but for some reason it was tuning at 49% signal.
TBH, the non docker SageTV XML importer works and I can't really be bothered to spend more time fixing something that isn't broken. So for the time being, I'm giving up with it. |
