I was checking the website for Hauppage and found this news that was posted just this month.

Windows 10 Anniversary Update Drivers
Windows 10 Anniversary Update requires special drivers to avoid errors during the Hauppauge product installation. Here are the updated drivers which can be used with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update
Note: these drivers are included in the WinTV v8 installer, version 34245 or later
WinTV-dualHD
WinTV-HVR-955Q, WinTV-HVR-950Q
Xbox One TV tuner (ATSC)
WinTV-HVR-2255, WinTV-HVR-2250
WinTV-HVR-1955, WinTV-HVR-1950
WinTV-HVR-1250, WinTV-HVR-1265
HD PVR 2 (all models)
Colossus2

Those tuners above have all new drivers now I believe.
You can find the news by going to http://www.hauppauge.com/site/support/support.html and clicking the Windows 10 Drivers tab there and you will find that page has links for the WinTV V8 installer as well as seperate links for all the drivers posted above.
