New V9 Install stuck at "Sage TV Service Initializing"

Copied old V7 to another drive, and used the new Windows V9 installer to upgrade. Opening the Sagev9 program gets to the first screen, and has sat on Sage TV service Initializing" for an hour.

Have I skipped a step? Stop the service and start over?

See if you have an extra lucene-*.jar file in your JARs directory. If you do, try removing the one that is NOT lucene-core-3.6.0.jar.

And, that was it.......when I searched for "lucene jar" I found the other thread that showed someone else had come up against the same issue.

I guess after 8 years with Sage and the numerous answers I've found in this forum, I shouldn't be surprised at all the expertise here. But, I'm surprised every time.
