Fartking Poong-poong

Recorded a movie called Christmas Magic (I like Lindy Booth). No matter WHAT I do it shows as Fartking Poong-poong, which I HAD to look up - and it does exist, kinda, here: http://tv.twcc.com/tv/fartking-poong-poong/6881339. I've deleted the properties file, re-indexed, nope. I've deleted the file, re-indexed not there, put the file back, either the ts/mp4 and it shows as the above - also the properties file has no info on actors/plot etc.

Just deleted the files, renamed another video to the exact same name, sans properties file, and re-indexed, and still the same. Somewhere in the dB it's screwed up.

Is this somehow IN the recording?

Just so you do not think I'm kidding ...

Also, are the jpg's for the movie posters supposed to be in the folder where the movie exists?

I fix this and all is DANDY!

Just FYI, metadata sourcing/lookup is not in any way associated with Gemstone, so you probably need to post this in a different forum to get the proper eyes on it.

Thanks, but ...

Opus4 moved it here.

Well, that one is partly my fault... moved to Gemstone (v7, no less!) from the Software forum & I did not choose wisely either. So, now it's in the BMT forum, unless someone concludes there is an actual EPG issue (such as the EPG data changed at the last minute), but it sounds like metadata lookup for now.

I'm beginning to wonder if this is all about a ping-pong ball ... in a murder mystery.

The murderer confessed, but she won't come completely clean, protecting someone's my guess.

I stripped ALL the metadata from the file, deleted the properties file. Ran a reindex and it did not show up - at all.
Stopped the service, set it to run a full reindex, restarted SGTV and got the - now infamous - \...userdata\cache\x-... null error. Stopped the service, deleted that file, restarted and did a full reindex and the file is there and correct. Did an IMDB search and added everything - although this time I noticed that when I saved the data, I can't rememeber the wording exactly ... "save IMDB data with original title" the title it showed was the correct one, rather then (I just realized) empty "".

So maybe I was looking at this the whole time and just didn't see it?

ChristmasMagic-422242-0, the interesting thing (although it IS fixed) is the date on the file is July of this year which is impossible.
