SageTV v2 and v3 themes are now plugins in the SageTV Repository

These STVs/Themes can be applied to a V9 install from the "Full UI" tab in the Plugins section.

Also note that SageMC is in there as well (always has been from what I can tell).

It should be noted that while these UIs exist, ie SageTV 2, SageTV 3, and SageMC, these are not supported and they will not receive enhancements or bug fixes. They are only here to aid people that are unwilling to learn/change during a forced re-install/upgrade process due to the epg shutdown.

I applied these STVs to my local dev environment... They all appeared to install and load fine... but beyond that, there has been no testing.

If you install SageTV2 or SageTV3 Full UI then you no longer have access to some things in SageTV 9, like the plugin manager.

If you install SageTV2 UI and you want to revert it, the only option is shutdown sagetv server, find the client properties in the clients directory and remove the STV= line.

I made a minor change to the SageTV2 UI so it now allows you to select the newer format xml STVs so you can return to the V9 STVs from the interface and no need to edit .properties files.

And that's one of the many reason the VFS (virtual filesystem) in Phoenix was created...

it also sorts differently depending upon if the Folder Display option is Seperate or Combined.

Think Seperate sorts in Episode order.
