Linux V9.0.13 has been published

This follows the windows V9.0.13 Windows release that happened a few days back... I finally had time to do this.

How do I update from windows sagetv 9.0.12.506?

Use the installer again?

Not sure if there is any benefit going from .12 to .13 though. I think this just fixed the problem with Multiple Lucene.jar files (and if you have a working .12, you don't have that problem).

If you care about using teams for favorites, I would wait for .14. Those were broken when the actor headshots were added to the Schedules Direct guide data. This is fixed in the version that is to be released.
