Thank you

You guys that have been keeping SageTV alive are amazing. I just had an issue with SageDCT this week and decided to upgrade to v9 and OpenDCT. Everything went perfectly and I'm very thankful to those of you for your knowledge and skills to keep this going.

I've been using Sage since late 2010 and have had a stable (nearly untouched) setup for at least the past 4 years (with 5 HD300s and SageTV Server). Java memory was the only reason to reboot every few months - or when a grandparent visited, because when old people touch electronics, something always seems to not work.

I'm hoping to get another 5 years out of my setup. Thank you so much!

Jeff

Like you I have a lot of extenders in my system. You might want to think about changing your server over to the Linux, or better yet unRAID Linux, version as they allow you to use more Java memory which makes the system much more stable.
