Long rewind button on Streamzap has started to launch another program

Recently my Streamzap remote has started launching and giving focus to Seagate System Report when I use the long rewind button. Focus returns to Sage when I use any other button. This started when I was upgrading from Sage v7 to v9. Any thoughts on why and how to correct this? (I did reinstall the Streamzap drivers. No change)

I'm running Sage on Windows XP, 32-bit, SP3.

Updates: When checking commands in detailed setup, I discovered that the "Skip Bkwd #2" button was issuing only a CTRL + none function and not a CTRL + F7. Somewhere along the line the F7 was dropped. I'll try uninstalling the Streamzap software and do a reinstall.

I uninstalled/reinstalled Streamzap. No change. The F7 action is still missing. Why?

The function worked before Sage v9.

The function works fine on another computer I loaded with V9 directly. This second computer runs Win7 64-bit so I had to use a special Streamzap driver package.
